Cast Away ist Hollywood-Kanon: Der FedEx-Controller Chuck, der die Paketbot*innen durch die Gegend scheucht, strandet nach einem Flugzeugabsturz mit einigen Paketen auf einer Insel. Um in der Einsamkeit nicht wahnsinnig zu werden, führt er Selbstgespräche mit einem Volleyball, den er Wilson nennt. In Cast Away – Die Antwort spricht Wilson nun erstmals selbst. Markus&Markus Theaterkollektiv machen aus der Kantine ein Paketverteilzentrum und geben Wilson die Stimme derer, die von Chuck durch die Gegend gescheucht werden.

Cast Away is Hollywood canon: FedEx controller Chuck, who bosses the parcel couriers around, is stranded on an island with a few parcels after a plane crash. To keep himself from going mad in solitude, he talks to himself using a volleyball he calls Wilson. In Cast Away – Die Antwort, Wilson now speaks for himself for the first time. Markus&Markus Theaterkollektiv turn the Kantine into a parcel distribution center and give Wilson the voices of those who are rushed around by Chuck.
